A Grade II listed 17th Century cob cottage with an unsympathetic 1950s extension that required reworking and extending to provide additional accommodation and provide a new roof.  The living roof to the new parts of the building related well to the existing thatch as both are organic coverings.

There was also a replacement garage design with a living roof to relate back to the cottage.
