This project, located in the Heavitree Conservation Area of Exeter, made maximum use of the site. Our Clients bought a “too small” terraced house in the right location, and needed to expand. By careful consideration of the site, the house was reorganized to create a larger living area, a larger kitchen that opened out onto the garden, a side infill extension to provide a utility space and ground floor shower room. On the first floor an ensuite was added and the loft space converted to a guest bedroom with ensuite. Now our Clients can enjoy a centrally located home with all the space they require.
